BloomNet® Diversity Program
The BloomNet ® Diversity Program is designed to identify and celebrate the many diversity-owned businesses within the BloomNet ® network. As a part of the program, members will have various opportunities to highlight their uniqueness, network, and inspire customers.
To join the BloomNet Diversity Program, please self-identify by completing the attestation form indicating that you are at least 51% owned, operated, managed, and controlled by a member of one or more of these specific/designated diverse groups:
- Minority Owned Business
- African American/Black
- Asian American Pacific Islander
- Native American/Alaska Native
- Latinx/Hispanic
- Disable Owned Business
- LGBTQ+ Owned Business
- Veteran/Disabled Veteran Owned Business
- Woman Owned Business
After self-identifying, you will be connected with an independent consulting firm, with whom BloomNet® has partnered for the purpose of helping members of BloomNet® navigate the process of securing official certification at the State & Federal level or which is granted by one of several 3rd party organizations.
Communication Wave LLC is an independent consulting firm that helps businesses position themselves for long term sustainability including providing support in obtaining State & Federal certifications and diversity, equity, & inclusion executive & team trainings. We look forward to assisting BloomNet® members achieve their goals.
If you are already diversity-certified through a State, Federal or 3rd party organization, we will capture that information from the attestation form as well, so BloomNet can recognize and track your certifications.
